The Constitution currently provides that the Board of Directors of the Trustee, Nambawan Super Limited, comprises

• The Managing Director
• A Director nominated by the Secretary for Treasury
• A Director nominated by the Secretary for Personnel Management
• Two independent Directors, one of whom is a non resident Director

All directors have a responsibility to meet appropriate ethical and professional standards, which includes an understanding of the requirements of the Superannuation Act. Directors resign and offer themselves for re-election as provided for under the Constitution.
