Who is the Employer?

Any company, government department or statutory authority employing 15 or more staff is required by law to contribute to a superannuation fund in the country.

Role of the Employer

The PNG Government sees superannuation in PNG as the main means of saving by the work force. For the betterment of its people, therefore the Government has made superannuation compulsory by legislation.
