PNG’s leading superannuation fund, Nambawan Super Limited (NSL), hereby invites interested firms to submit an expression of interest to bid for the above.

To be eligible, interested firms must have experience and expertise in land use feasibility investigations to determine the “highest and best use” of land, provide initial concept design or architectural planning through to full detailed designs.

This will also include the engagement and consultation of technical engineering experts in understanding the existing land conditions and cost consultants for costs estimation.

The parcel of land is located along Butibam Road in Lae, Morobe Province, at the top end of the old Lae Airport run way near the waterfront. Total land area is at 10,000 square meters or 1 hectare.
