Nambawan Super Limited is the authorised Trustee of the Nambawan Super Fund.
Nambawan Super Fund is the largest Superannuation Fund in Papua New Guinea with over K9 Billion Kina in assets under management, holding investments in various asset classes, including some vacant or undeveloped land.
After being awarded by the courts “Vacant Possession” in 2021, of the four portions of land (Portion 2156, Portion 2157, Portion 2158 and Portion 2159) at 9 Mile known as “Bushwara”, NSL has since progressed plans to take Vacant Possession of the land.
Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) would like to invite interested individuals and/or firms to work with the Fund in the capacity of a Site Manager to manage this asset.
The Site Manager’s overall objective will be to manage the site operations and the asset on the ground, including execution of instructions/directives issued by NSL. A site office located on the ground, will be the Site Manager’s operational centre.
