What is MDUF?
An MDUF is the abbreviation of the Member Detail Update Form, a form that captures your Member details including:
- Full (Given) Name(s)
- Gender
- Marital status
- Beneficiaries
- Date of birth
- Employer details
- Contact details and
- Residential location.
Why is it important to update your member details?
To protect your retirement savings from fraud by ensuring that your member details are always up to date
To prevent impersonators from accessing your Member account by using your outdated information & photograph
To avoid unnecessary conflicts among family Members in the case of death claims. Date of Birth and Beneficiary information is really important for identifying members and in the case of death claims, ensuring the member’s wishes are respected
For faster exit or retirement withdrawal of your super benefits
It is easier for Nambawan Super to offer new services, and provide updates or information to Members who register their contact details, through reliable email addresses and phone numbers.
How can I check if my Member details are up to date?
If you have online access to your account via the Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) App or website, you can simply log in and check. You can also contact our Call Center on 180 1599 (toll-free) or via email at CallCentre@nambawansuper.com.pg to confirm.
How do I update my Member details?
If it’s just a simple update of your contact details and you have online access to the NSL app and website, you can log in and update your contact details there. If you don’t have online access and need to update your Member details, you will need to fill in an MDUF and provide it to your Human Resources team to endorse. Once the form has been endorsed, you can lodge it with us at your nearest Branch or via email at CallCenter@nambawansuper.com.pg . Our team will then update your details on our system.
