Nambawan Super Limited (the Trustee) is the authorised trustee of the Nambawan Super Fund (the Fund).
The Fund is an Authorised Superannuation Fund (ASF) in Papua New Guinea (PNG), with over 200,000 members and K8.8 billion in funds under management. The Fund is a prominent local institution, and the condition of properties in which the Fund has an interest can impact the reputation of the Fund, both positively and negatively.
The Fund owns a portfolio of properties in PNG, mostly in the cities of Port Moresby and Lae at the moment. Most of these properties are large by local standards and tenants include various State entities, listed companies, professional firms and others. The properties include commercial, industrial, retail, residential and other buildings. Most of the properties in which the Fund has a beneficial interest, are owned directly by the Trustee on behalf of the Fund, and others are owned by companies in which the Trustee has a controlling interest.
The Trustee requests proposals for the appointment of one or more service providers to provide the following services for the Property portfolio.
Part 1 – Property Management Services
Part 2 – Project Management Services
Part 3 – Leasing Management Services
