Face-to-face services at your nearest branch may be impacted at short notice, as we respond to Covid-19 to protect our Members and staff.

We have seen some of our branches close recently, and successfully reopen to provide much needed services to Members. However, with further surges expected as a result of the Delta variant, we anticipate that our operations would continue to be impacted significantly.

Members can also drop off applications at drop boxes, which are available at some branch locations, where counter services are closed. If you have a Benefit Claim, we can also receive your application via email: BenefitPayment@nambawansuper.com.pg

We will work as best as we can, to help you. However, please expect delays, where we may also be responding operationally to Covid-19 to ensure everyone is safe.
