Graduate Development Program
Our Graduate Development Program provides an opportunity for aspiring graduates through professional coaching and mentoring programs, leadership development, on the job rotations, toastmasters, culture initiative drive and many exciting learning and development programs to achieve their career goals.
The program is a 12-month blended learning program designed to develop professional skills, allowing for the application and consolidation of learning.
Graduates who are from the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:
- Banking and Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Sales and Marketing
- Business Management
- Information Technology
- Law, Arts and Science.
Graduates in the field of Architecture and Construction Management are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
Our Graduate Development Program targets talented Papua New Guinean citizens who will have completed their undergraduate studies and graduated in 2023 and 2024. Prospective candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Must be an undergraduate in any field of study mentioned.
- Strong academic record with a GPA of 3 or higher.
- Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
- Posses a positive attitude and a growth mindset
