It is important that Members update their Beneficiaries so that their loved ones can access their Superannuation funds, in the event of their passing.

If a Member that passes on has not indicated their Beneficiaries, it increases the risk of fraud and there is a process involved that can be lengthy, to ensure that the appropriate family members or loved ones receive their savings.

Save your loved ones from further heartache today, by ensuring your Beneficiary listing is up to date.

To do so, fill in a Member Detail Update Form (MDUF) and complete the Member Detail Update process.

What is an MDUF?

A Member Detail Update Form helps us capture your Member details including:

  1. Full (Given) Name(s)
  2. Gender
  3. Marital status
  4. Beneficiaries
  5. Date of birth
  6. Employer details
  7. Contact details and
  8. Residential location.

How can I check if my Member details are up to date?

If you have registered, you can easily access and view these details of your account via the Nambawan Super Member Portal or Smart App.

Register for Nambawan Super Digital Services

You can also contact our Call Center on 180 1599 (toll-free) or via email at CallCentre@nambawansuper.com.pg to confirm.

How do I update my Member details?

If it's just a simple update of your contact details and you have online access to the NSL app and website, you can log in and update your contact details there yourself. If you don't have online access and need to update your Member details, you will need to fill in a MDUF and provide it to your Human Resources team to endorse.

Once the form has been endorsed, you can lodge it with us at your nearest Branch or via email at CallCenter@nambawansuper.com.pg.

Our team will then update your details on our system.
