Shermaine's story

“I have been with the Fund since 2018, which makes 5 years with Nambawan Super. Fresh out of university, I was offered a job with the Fund as a Research Officer. I worked for 3 months before I was given the opportunity to join the Graduate Development Program (GDP) of Nambawan Super, where I continued to work as a Graduate Trainee. At the end of the GDP, I was offered the role at the Fund. Nambawan Super was the only organization that gave me the opportunity to grow as a young professional. It is exciting to work in a fast paced organization that values time, money and effort. It cultivates an individual’s work ethics and discipline that can also be practiced in one’s personal life.”
