There are numerous reasons why young people in PNG do not complete their education to the highest possible level. At Nambawan Super, our Job Readiness Program is aimed at candidates with 2023 grade 12 Certificates, particularly those who scored good grades but were not accepted into tertiary institutions.
Gaining valuable work experience and exposure for the graduates or those new to the workforce is a challenge in PNG in this day and age. Nambawan Super understands this, as well as recognizes the value that having young, upcoming talent has in contributing to the growth of the Trustee for the benefit of serving our Members.
Job Readiness Program
The program aims to help aspiring candidates achieve their career goals by offering professional coaching and mentoring sessions, leadership development, on-the-job rotations, toastmasters, a culture initiative drive and a variety of exciting learning and development opportunities.
It is a 6-month blended learning program designed to develop professional skills, allowing for the application and consolidation of learning.
How to Apply:
Our Job Readiness Program aims to identify talented Papua New Guinean citizens who will have completed Grade 12 in 2023. Prospective candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Updated CV with reliable contact details.
- Two written references with contactable referees.
- Scanned copy of Grade 12 High School Certificate; and
- A covering letter outlining why you want to be part of the program, and a paragraph describing where you want to be in 5 years time.
