Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) proudly congratulates the Government and people of Papua New Guinea on achieving 50 years of Independence. This Golden Jubilee marks a milestone in our shared journey of growth, resilience, and nation building.
For over five decades, hardworking Papua New Guineans, the Members of Nambawan Super have been the backbone of this country’s progress. Through their service in providing security, service in the classrooms, hospitals, public offices, and across the private sector, they have helped shape the foundation of a stronger and growing nation. NSL is honoured to have stood alongside them, safeguarding their retirement savings and investing in projects that create jobs, build infrastructure, and contribute to the growth of the economy.
Over the decades, our Members’ contributions have been transformed into investments that support the development of PNG. Landmark projects such as the Revenue Haus, Treasury Haus, Vulupindi Haus, Nambawan Super Plaza in Downtown Port Moresby, the Rangeview Precinct in Waigani, the newly opened Moki Business Park, Morobe Haus, and NSL Haus in Lae, to name a few, have created thousands of jobs, supported local businesses and delivered world-class commercial spaces for our growing cities and their citizens. Our investments are more than buildings and numbers; they represent livelihoods, opportunities, and a stronger economy for all Papua New Guineans.
As we reflect on this shared history, NSL acknowledges that the dedication of our Members must also be compensated with recognition and responsibility. This includes the timely settlement of Unfunded State Share contributions owed to Members and the clearance of outstanding State Rental obligations. Meeting these commitments will not only honour our Members’ tireless service but also reinforce the Government’s partnership with the Fund as their biggest Employer group with the same intention in strengthening the Fund’s ability to continue securing our Members’ future.
Nambawan Super is here for the long term. We will continue to operate with the highest ethical standards and integrity, protecting our Members’ interests first and foremost. In the face of challenges, we will remain resilient and steadfast, staying the course for our Members. In collaboration with the State we will continue to contribute to and build a more hopeful, prosperous and better future for Papua New Guinea and our people.
Together, we can build a brighter future for our Members, their families, and Papua New Guinea as we embark on the next 50 years.
Happy 50th Independence Anniversary, PNG!
