Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) brought superannuation closer to Members through its participation at the 2026 National Mask & Warwagira Festival in Kokopo, reinforcing its commitment to being present where Members live, work and gather.
As one of Papua New Guinea’s largest superannuation funds, NSL’s participation at the festival provided an opportunity to engage directly with Members, strengthen awareness of superannuation benefits, and provide support and guidance on the products and services available to help Members plan for their financial future.
The NSL team was on-site throughout the festival, connecting with Members, responding to enquiries, and helping visitors better understand their superannuation accounts and the opportunities available to them.
NSL Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lachlan Baird said, “Community events such as the National Mask & Warwagira Festival play an important role in creating opportunities for meaningful conversations with Members.
“Our participation is about more than having a presence at a festival. It is about bringing ourselves closer to our Members, listening to their needs, and helping them understand the important role superannuation plays in securing their best retirement outcomes,” he said.
“Every conversation with a Member is an opportunity to educate and empower them to take an active interest in their superannuation journey.”
NSL continues to encourage Members to learn more about their superannuation and explore the products and services available to support them through different stages of life, from building financial security today to preparing for retirement.
The Fund’s presence at the National Mask & Warwagira Festival also reflects its commitment to supporting communities across Papua New Guinea and strengthening relationships with Members beyond its traditional service locations.
NSL thanked all Members and festival visitors who took the time to visit its booth and engage with the team.
“We appreciate the warm welcome from the people of East New Britain and thank every Member who came by to speak with us. Your questions, feedback and stories help us continue to improve the way we support our Members.”
