Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) featured a special presentation led by NSL Chairman, Mr. Richard Sinamoi and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Paul Sayer to Members from the Education Department in Kavieng on Thursday, 31 July 2025.

The event was hosted at the Utu Secondary School and attended by over 200 high school students, staff and teachers from Utu Secondary School, Madina Secondary School, Mongop Secondary School and Kopkop College.

While speaking to the teachers and staff Mr. Sinamoi and Mr. Sayer also took the opportunity to share their personal experiences with a focus on encouraging the students to embrace strong values such as hard work, sacrifice, and early financial planning as essential tools for achieving long-term success in life.

Mr. Sinamoi emphasised, “You don’t just wake up successful. You must recognise that nothing can replace hard work. As long as you remain committed, dedicated, and disciplined, you will achieve your goals.”

“It is a pleasure to be here and to meet you students, who are the future leaders, professionals, and contributors to our country and the economy, and some of you will one day be Members of Nambawan Super,” stated Mr. Sayer.

“We are here to help you understand that your future starts now, and it begins with hard work and sacrifice. The choices you make today will shape your future,” he added.

The awareness with the students and teachers at Utu Secondary was conducted ahead of the main Regional Engagement and Awareness (E&A) event hosted on the same day at the Kavieng Niu Lodge. Over 100 Members attended the event, including representatives from the Namatanai District.

The Regional E&A events intend to create a platform for NSL to engage directly with its Employer Representatives and Members, sharing vital information about the Fund’s performance, the progress of key initiatives, and the outlook for the current year. It also aims to provide an opportunity to hear directly from Members and Employer Representatives, their concerns and challenges, and answer any questions they may have, fostering deeper support and collaboration between the Fund and its Members throughout the Country.
